That is, it is water with this level of acidity that is optimal for human consumption, therefore, it is precisely this level of acidity (or as close as possible to this indicator) that drinking water should have. The same with the redox potential. Human blood has a negative Eh value (minus 100 mV). But tap water in Kyiv has this indicator at + 260 mV. How to determine redox potential at home
